This mix of white, rose, soft pink, and pale lilac is perfect for weddings and romantic floral designs. Adorable button-like blossoms resemble pastel-colored clovers and can be used both fresh and dried. Globe amaranth thrives in the heat and is especially hardworking—the more you cut it, the more it blooms.

Harvest when the flowers have colored up and stems are firm. Expect a vase life of 14 days or more. To dry flowers, let them open completely and hang upside down in a warm, dark place for a few weeks.
