Scholarships: Six New Opportunities to Learn with Floret

Over the last five years I have had the incredible opportunity to watch past Floret Workshop participants go on to start new flower farms, incorporate seasonal flowers into their floral and event designs and launch so many successful new flower-based businesses. Seeing them emerge as new leaders in the seasonal flower movement has been an absolute thrill.

Now more than ever I am committed to encouraging others to plant more flowers and bring more beauty into the world. I have some big ideas for the future, but one way we can help right now is by offering tuition-free scholarships to the Floret Online Workshop, a 6-week intensive course focused on small scale flower farming.

I’m thrilled to announce that we will be offering SIX Floret Scholarships this year!

Also new this year: We’re sweetening each scholarship a little more by also including a deluxe farmer-florist supply kit filled with my favorite books, seeds and other goodies to help our lucky winners get off to the best start possible.

I want this opportunity to be given to someone who is ready, willing, and able to jump-start their flower-focused business with a little help from Floret. The Floret Scholarship application process is quick and hopefully pretty easy. The application consists of a few multiple choice checkboxes and two short essay questions where you can tell your story and share your dreams.

We’re accepting applications through September 18th, only, so don’t delay if you plan to apply. Also, if you know someone who would be a perfect candidate, be sure to share this opportunity with them too.
