Busy Bee

Written by

I’ve been a busy bee this week. The studio is finally painted (photos soon!), a batch of darling baby chicks is tucked into our cozy seedling room (more photos I promise), tens of thousands of seedlings are already happily emerging from their pots, I sold the first batch of flowers for the year, and sweet peas go into the greenhouse tomorrow. Pheew!
The Anemones are starting to rock the greenhouse. They are so damn beautiful, I find myself getting sidetracked in their presence. 21 bunches were sent off yesterday and should be in the hands of happy florists by this afternoon. I can’t help but smile imagining them being loved, arranged and sent out into the world to spread beauty and happiness!
I love my job! :)

Thank god my optimism has returned in full force. It and a lot of coffee are what keep things running around here.

I know that your job is extremely difficult. But the joy those photos bring us…immense.
